About

Ronald Lintag

Founder/CEO

Ronald Lintag has spent over 27 years in tech and still hasn't lost his enthusiasm—mostly. Currently based in New York, Ronald wrapped up a 13-year stint at Blackstone in New York, most recently as a Managing Director in its technology and innovations group (BXTI) where he led UX design and engineering. Translation: He spent over a decade trying to make finance less boring, one interface at a time.

Prior to Blackstone, Ronald was a senior UX developer at Bloomberg, working for the CTO Office. His job? Prototyping the next-gen Bloomberg terminal. Spoiler alert: It probably involved fewer amber screens and more things that won’t make you question your life choices. Before Bloomberg, he worked at Lab49, doing UX consulting for big Wall Street firms. Because what’s a better way to spend your days than explaining to bankers why their software doesn’t have to look like it was built in 1997? Going further back, Ronald spent over six years as a developer at Microsoft in Redmond, WA. He worked on products like Microsoft Dynamics and Visual Studio Team System.

He has a B.S. in Computer and Information Science from Far Eastern University in the Philippines, where he graduated top of his class in 1998.  When he's not conjuring code, Ronald moonlights as a fashion photographer. Because who doesn't need a little art to balance out all that tech? It's the perfect contrast—capturing beauty on camera and beauty in code.

Vlada Roslyakova

Co-Founder/Chief Brand + Partnerships Officer

After almost two decades in front of the camera and sometimes behind it — Vlada’s story goes far beyond the lens. Born in Siberia, she carved out a path from the runway to the screen, building a name for herself in fashion, film, and now, tech. Her work has taken her from global campaigns and magazine covers to leading roles in indie films and theatre—but what she values most is the opportunity to tell meaningful stories and connect people through purpose-driven creativity.

At PaperDoll, she brings that same vision to life—bridging fashion and technology, building a community that celebrates individuality, and creating new ways for people to show up as their fullest selves. Whether she’s introducing models to the platform, bringing in strategic brand partners, or helping shape the brand’s voice, she’s all in on elevating PaperDoll’s mission.

Behind the glamour is a woman rooted in faith and driven by intention. Her personal journey—through the highs of global fashion weeks and the quiet reinventions that followed—makes her deeply passionate about empowering others to express themselves boldly and beautifully. Her most treasured item? A wool scarf passed down from her great-grandmother—a quiet symbol of strength, legacy, and the power of staying true to who you are.

She believes what we wear — even virtually — can reflect who we are, what we stand for, and how we want to be seen. That’s why PaperDoll feels like home.

Daria Matkova

Co-Founder/Chief Revenue Officer

Daria’s journey in the fashion world began at the tender age of 15, where she quickly discovered that walking in stilettos is no easy feat. Since then, she has worked with some of the biggest names in fashion—Armani, Dior and Chanel—proving that teenagers can indeed accomplish anything if given the opportunity. At 20, she moved to the US on her own as an immigrant—a bold leap that only sharpened her resilience and steely determination.

Her impressive resume includes gracing the pages of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and Elle, as well as enduring the whirlwind of international fashion weeks. But what truly ignites her passion is the behind-the-scenes work: mastering styling, production and brand-building.

There’s something superpower-like about making others look fabulous while she stays in the background. Whether she’s striking a pose in front of the camera or orchestrating the next big campaign behind it, Daria is fully immersed in the world of fashion—and she’s just getting started.

Karina Dickman

Co-Founder/Chief Marketing Officer

Karina is a marketer and community builder with a background that spans college athletics, influencer strategy, and New York’s creative scene. She spent five years working under Hall of Fame coach Bill Self with the Kansas men’s basketball program, managing summer camps and team operations—early training in leadership, logistics, and building high-performance environments.

After moving to NYC, Karina turned her focus to community and content. She worked in social media and brand marketing for lifestyle and fitness influencers, including Holly Rillinger, helping shape their digital presence and connect with engaged audiences across platforms. Outside of client work, she played a hands-on role in building clubs and events that brought together artists, entrepreneurs, and emerging voices across the city.

As one of the founding creatives at PaperDoll, Karina leads marketing, community, and business development. Her focus is on growing the brand from the inside out—through storytelling, strategic partnerships, and experiences that feel personal, not performative.
