Ronald Lintag
Previously @ Microsoft, Blackstone, and Bloomberg LP
Ronald Lintag has spent almost three decades in tech and still hasn't lost his enthusiasm—for the most part. Ronald wrapped up a 13-year stint at Blackstone in New York, most recently as a Managing Director in its technology group where he led UX design and engineering. Translation: He spent over a decade trying to make finance software less boring, one interface at a time.
Prior to Blackstone, Ronald was a senior UX developer at Bloomberg LP, working for the CTO Office. His job? Prototyping the next-gen Bloomberg terminal. Spoiler alert: It probably involved fewer amber screens and more things that won’t make you question your life choices. Before Bloomberg, he worked at Lab49, doing UX consulting for big Wall Street firms. Because what’s a better way to spend your days than explaining to bankers why their software doesn’t have to look like it was built in 1995? Going further back, Ronald spent over six years as a software design engineer at Microsoft in Redmond, WA. He worked on products like Visual Studio and Dynamics.
He has a B.S. in Computer and Information Science from Far Eastern University in the Philippines, where he graduated top of his class in 1998. When he's not conjuring code, Ronald moonlights as a fashion photographer.

Daria Matkova
Daria’s journey in the fashion world began at the tender age of 15, where she quickly discovered that walking in stilettos is no easy feat. Since then, she has worked with some of the biggest names in fashion—Armani, Dior and Chanel—proving that teenagers can indeed accomplish anything if given the opportunity. At 20, she moved to the US on her own as an immigrant—a bold leap that only sharpened her resilience and steely determination.
Her impressive resume includes gracing the pages of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and Elle, as well as enduring the whirlwind of international fashion weeks. But what truly ignites her passion is the behind-the-scenes work: mastering styling, production and brand-building.
There’s something superpower-like about making others look fabulous while she stays in the background. Whether she’s striking a pose in front of the camera or orchestrating the next big campaign behind it, Daria is fully immersed in the world of fashion—and she’s just getting started.

Karina Dickman
Karina is a marketer and community builder with a background that spans college athletics, influencer strategy, and New York’s creative scene. She spent five years working under Hall of Fame coach Bill Self with the Kansas men’s basketball program, managing summer camps and team operations—early training in leadership, logistics, and building high-performance environments.
After moving to NYC, Karina turned her focus to community and content. She worked in social media and brand marketing for lifestyle and fitness influencers, including Holly Rillinger, helping shape their digital presence and connect with engaged audiences across platforms. Outside of client work, she played a hands-on role in building clubs and events that brought together artists, entrepreneurs, and emerging voices across the city.
As one of the founding creatives at PaperDoll, Karina leads marketing, community, and business development. Her focus is on growing the brand from the inside out—through storytelling, strategic partnerships, and experiences that feel personal, not performative.

All GloryAs someone who has worked closely with technology throughout my career I’m always interested in new ways these tools can be used. The impact of AI in fashion has been widely talked about when it comes to content production but not enough attention is being spent on how it will improve lives for regular people. A consumer facing application like PaperDoll is a great example of using AI to make lives easier.
PraanaWe truly appreciate the time, thought, and creativity Paper Doll has put into this concept. The idea is beautifully articulated, thoughtful, and aligned with a strong sense of narrative and visual direction. It has been genuinely helpful in shaping clarity around the story and presentation, and we value the creative insight and effort behind it.
